Canola Leaders is designed for emerging rural leaders who want to make an impact. Build your confidence, expand your network, and gain practical leadership skills you can put to work on your farm, in your community, and across Alberta’s agriculture industry.

NEW PROGRAM OFFERING FOR 2026/27!

Two Alberta canola farmers will receive 80% coverage of their enrollment in both LeaderShift InSight and LeaderShift InSider paired with three one-on-one coaching sessions.  

Powered by LeaderShift Inc. and supported by Farm Management Canada, these online programs are designed to fit a busy farm schedule, with each being three hours of sessions each week over four weeks. 

The next program dates run February & March 2027.
