Cleanfarms operates the Unwanted Pesticides and Old Livestock/Equine Medications (UPLM) collection program across the country, rotating through each province on a 3-year cycle. This free program allows farmers to bring expired or unwanted crop inputs and animal health medications that they don’t need to collection events to be safely disposed of, ensuring these materials stay out of the environment. While this program has been servicing farmers for 27 years, every year new farmers are finding out about it for the first time.
