The National Farm Leadership Program (NFLP) is a data driven, self directed personal/professional development program where participants from across Canada engage in an 11-month process that takes a deep dive into the behaviors behind their success, and behind their difficulties. NFLP #9 equips participants to develop lasting capabilities that are both authentic and necessary to achieve the outcomes they want for themselves and their teams.
