Weed control in canola

June 14, 2011

Canola Council of Canada agronomist Greg Sekulic talks about getting the most out of your herbicide applications in your canola crop.

Factors like timing especially early weed control are key to maintaining yield potential.

Size always matters – the smaller the weeds the easier they are to control.

Greg has advice for growers planning to utilize a two pass system. The second pass cannot be too soon after the first – but must also be before the canola is too advance.
