The Alberta Canola Producers Commission’s 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place during the CrossRoads Crop Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel West Edmonton, with an option to attend virtually.
The AGM is free and open to everyone to attend. You do not need to purchase a ticket to CrossRoads to attend the AGM, but AGM registration is included with a CrossRoads ticket.
Whether you join us in person or online, the AGM is an opportunity to hear updates on Alberta Canola’s work, review the commission’s business, and participate in decisions requiring producer approval.
Registering to Vote
Growers who have paid a service charge to Alberta Canola on canola sold since August 1, 2024, and act as the representative of a corporation, partnership, or organization are recognized as Eligible Producers. Eligible producers can register to vote and participate in decisions requiring producer approval at the AGM.
Eligible producers may:
- Participate as individuals or represent a corporation, partnership or organization.
- Vote in person or online on resolutions and procedural motions during the meeting.
Growers are encouraged to pre-register to verify your eligibility and ensure you receive the voting information in advance of the meeting.
