ACPC Connects: Cooking the Classics

On March 26, the Alberta Canola Producers Commission hosted a culinary workshop in partnership with the Manitoba Canola Growers that brought influential media personalities, photographers, and chefs together with Chef Matt Dean Pettit for an evening of dining and learning.

While the chef created amazing dishes with Canadian canola oil, our attendees learned all about the culinary and health benefits of what they were soon referring to as ‘liquid gold’, live sharing information and photos with their followers and communities as the event took place.

This event was so successful, we trended #4 in Canada while it was going on! That’s a LOT of chefs, media, and consumers reached.
