The Alberta Canola Producers Commission’s 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place during the CrossRoads Crop Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel West Edmonton, and Virtually.

The meeting is open to everyone and free to attend, no conference ticket is required. Growers can join in person at the CrossRoads Crop Conference or virtually via livestream, with the option to register to vote either way. This ensures that canola growers across Alberta can take part in the discussions and decisions that shape their industry.

Registering to Vote

Growers who have paid a service charge to Alberta Canola on canola sold since August 1, 2023, are eligible producers and may register to vote at the AGM. Eligible producers may:

  • Participate as individuals or represent a corporation, partnership, or organization.
  • Attend and vote either in person or online on resolutions and procedural motions during the meeting.

We encourage growers to pre-register, to verify eligibility and ensure they receive voter links in advance.

Growers who would like to join the AGM Virtually are invited to contact Alberta Canola.

Guests are invited to watch the AGM live on Youtube.
