Alberta Canola Producers 31st Annual General Meeting

Join the Alberta Canola Producers Commission for their 31st Annual General Meeting.

31st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Tuesday, January 26, 2021 – 9:30am  – ONLINE

The 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held online. This marks the first time that canola growers in Alberta will be able to participate in, and vote at, the Annual General Meeting without needing to be physically present at the meeting.

Regardless of where you live in Alberta, we are looking forward to bringing the Annual General Meeting to your farm.

AGM AGENDA INCLUDES:

  • a review of the activities, audited financial statements, and budget for Alberta Canola
  • voting on a director election for Region 5 (if required) learn more about Alberta Canola elections
  • voting on resolutions – Resolutions to be presented at ’s AGM must be received by January 12, 2021
REGISTRATION FOR CANOLA GROWERS IN ALBERTA
Alberta famers can register for online voting and for the AGM by following the link below where voter registration and the verification process is explained in detail.

The deadline to register to vote is Tuesday, January 12, 2021.

We encourage you to attend the 31st Annual General Meeting as a non-voting guest.
